If you could get unblocked there's no reason to have a block.

Good question. I'm afraid we can't unblock sportsbook on your account as it would go against our Responsible Gaming guidelines. It's indeed a very unfortunate situation since you didn't intend to block sportsbook in the first place, but as @PokerAndBetting mentioned - there's not really any purpose of having the option to block a product if we allow you to remove it right after.

I've seen a case like this quite a few times but there hasn't been any scenario where we made an exception an ended up removing the block.

Good thing is if it is only sports, as there are many sites that you can bet in internet that has same selection or even more matches to bet. If it was poker it would be tougher, if you like Unibet poker the most.
