probotaa
Hello, in Poland paysafecard deposit has been canceled and no one informed about this. I went to the store, bought paysafe for 30euros came back to home and wanted to deposit than BANG! no longer available deposit method. Your polish team didnt send an email, no notification, nothing and now im sitting with 30 euro paysafe card which i can literally eat or burn since your friends didnt made an effort to send an email. What are you going to do with this?
JeppeL
@probotaa I'm sorry we didn't notify of this, would have liked to have done it here on the community. We received a very(!) short notice, that due to legal context in Poland, we'll have to remove Neteller, Skrill and Paysafecard deposit options for all customers before 9 AM this morning. We're allowed to have them open as withdrawal options until the 14th of this month, where they'll be removed as well./Jeppe Former Community Manager

Magicadil
@probotaa You don't have to waste the Paysafecard. Can always use at a different site.I'm sure Unibet will offer you a bonus because of this, however, you will have to wait until tomorrow since they're out of office now. I debateShould I smile like everything's good and pretend that life is greatOr should I let the world see the real me and not hide this painI tried to be like the rest of y'all, sorry I just can'tI'ma probably die this way
probotaa
Hey Magic, the thing is, Unibet was the last bookie in Poland that accepted paysafe. Polish government is trying to close all the other bookies besides the polish ones, where the tax before the bet is 12% and during withdrawal another 12%. So lets be honest, its no longer profitable to make bets.
MarcoV
I'm afraid we can't add a bonus based on this experience. It's not something the team in charge would do in general and we (Community) are not authorised to offer a bonus due to a change in payment methods.Again, we're very sorry for the inconvenience.
