Account locked and unable to Withdrawl or play

I am a consistent player and was winning and loosing. There were multiple times I withdrew and deposited with same account. All verifications were completed and no issues. Suddenly, last week, after a good win, when I tried to withdraw my amount. My account got locked. I checked with customer service and they needed reverification. I gave all papers again and it was found that all was ok. Then next day when I asked, they said, an agent will call you. After 3 days, I got call from agent and he mentioned that all is good and account will be reopened soon.

Now It is 2 days and account is still locked. I chat with almost all the agents whole day and all of them mentions that account will be open soon. I am not sure why a working account was locked and why it is over a week now that account is not open.

Can anyone guide me how my account can be reopened or an escalation route!!!

Thanks a lot for posting about this @DS and welcome on the community :) I checked the case and everything does look fine(the documents have all been approved), but one remaining department has to revisit and approve as well. I'm sorry it's holding you up from playing at the moment, we can keep an eye on any progress in the case and provide feedback :)

Thanks for the response @JeppeL. I am being assured this past 2 days and still account is closed. I don't know what is the turn around time for these kind of cases. I am hoping to have my account open asap and withdraw some amount and play further. I like Unibet but these kind of issues doesn't leave good impression on individuals.

@JeppeL, it's been 2 days since my last post and my account status still remains that same. None of the support executive is telling me the time when it will be fixed. I am bit nervous about my hard earned money and playing further. Why is unibet not working towards customer satisfaction and get some loyal customer by resolving issues quickly.

Hoping to hear something from Unibet!!

@DS I guarantee that your money isn't going anywhere and will be available for withdrawal - the case will be looked at by the responsible person on Monday and should be resolved by then or Tuesday. That's what the latest update we have says, so won't be able to hurry up the process - wish it could've been resolved a bit faster though.

@JeppeL, it is so unfortunate that Tuesday has gone and my account status is still the same. I can't withdraw or play. I am seriously loosing faith on unibet credibility. Have read other posts as well where, money was confiscated by unibet. If unibet does this than i will make sure to send my reviews and case to every reviews site. I am bit frustrated now!!

@DS, the case is now closed and you should have received an email with further information.

Could you please send me a link to the posts you read from other customers where the money was confiscated?
