Complatin: Can't withdrawl my money no matter how I try

I've always deposit and withdrawl via Skrill. But at one day they just said that I couldn't use Skrill anymore and would have to withdrawl via Bank Transfer (?). But at Brazil there's a rule from the Central Bank that says that we can't get money from gambling that cames at a different currency than REAL. So I said that I couldn't use bank transfer, but the agents just keep saying: "We have many clients at Brazil, it will work just fine". So I get all the doccuments and info they ask and wait for it to be approved. And many days after that they just said that my bank wouldn't accept the money. And after all this, the agent was very rude and said that I only have two options: or to creat a account at a bank that accepts the money or to creat a visa card (that I don't use or have).  So I'm thinking that probably UNIBET is just trying to get my money.

Thanks for you help Conscious! Yeah, it's terrible! You can't get your money and expend a lot of time trying to solve it. You have to talk over and over again with agents, telling the same history. UNIBET couldn't even send me emails when the situation had change!

Welcome to the community, @todo_jogo.

I'm sorry to here about the issues you're experiencing with the withdrawal.

I explained the case to my colleague from the payments team. He just made a manual withdrawal which hopefully solves the problem - I'll check for updates on Monday when the whole process starts. I'm certainly not an expert in this area, so I don't know every detail of how it works, but my colleague explained that we should be able to pay out the money in your local currency as long as we do it via an old provider. Our current payment providers don't offer the option to pay out in BRL so I really hope this works.

I'll check for further updates and get back to you on Monday.

Maybe in the future, if you stop using some payment/withdrawal method, you notify it to customers in advance via email, txt message, unibet site, here...  so they can draw conclusion what they want to do. Just to avoid these problems .

Thanks for your help, Marco!

I appreciate that you are trying to solve my problem. And I'm almost sure that I can get the money if it comes at my bank currency.

So let's hope this works out. As soon as we have an answer about that try, I will come back here and tell about my experience with Unibet.

Bye!

@todo_jogo, the transaction was created two days ago and will be proccessed later this afternoon :) You should have the money on your bank account within a week.

Thanks for the suggestion @Livertool - I've forwarded this to the payments team. Until now I actually thought we already were sending out onsite messages to customers if the payment options have changed but it looks like I was wrong.

Hey @todo_jogo,

Yeah. I saw the money went back you your Unibet account two hours ago. Our finance team is working on finding a solution - I'll get back to you as soon as I get an update.

Just to be clear - we didn't try to pay out the money the same way as before. This time it was created manually by our finance team but we're obviously still having some trouble, as it keeps getting denied by your bank.

@todo_jogo The finance team have a agreed to pay out the money via Skrill as a one-time exception. You should now be able to request a withdrawal via Skrill :) Once it's approved, we'll disable the option again.

I asked if we could keep Skrill as a payment option permanently but unfortunately that wasn't possible. For the future we kindly advise you to create a bank account which is able to receive EUR.

Let me know when you've requested the withdrawal and I'll ask my colleague to approve it right away.

That's great! Thanks again Marco!

Finally my problem was resolved! And I really did get my money!

I've got no more pending issues with UNIBET. I understand that there's beeing some technical problems, but after all everything was resolved in the right way.

Personally, I said that you @MarcoV were very polite and truly able to get at a reasonable solution.

Hope you can help other clients like you did to me!

Thanks again and bye.
