What is best withdrawal option for someone in Canada? (NETeller, Skrill, other?)

I tried to withdraw some of my winnings today by Bank Wire transfer to my US$ bank account that I have at my Canadian TD Bank.  Unfortunately, I could not do it as I was told that the TD processes wires of US dollars through a US bank intermediary (Bank of America) and Unibet would not do it.  They also told me they would not send me a cheque/check for that amount (just because they don't, I assume as no reason given in live chat).

Can anyone living in Canada or Unibet staff tell what is the best way to get funds out if US$ bank wires are not available and Unibet (unlike other poker sites) won't send me a cheque?  Thanks for any replies.

Personally I'd advise Skrill or Neteller(they're the same company now IIRC). The solution they have where you get a Mastercard directly connected to the account works very well and only has fees if you do a cash withdrawal, but none if you use the card in a store. I use this solution myself and haven't had any problems so far.
