Plusnet customers unable to deposit money? (geo-location problem)

Hey,

I work for the UK ISP Plusnet and some of our customers have made us aware of a problem they're having depositing money into their accounts when logged into the Unibet site.

It seems the issue is specific to a particular IP address range of ours - 209.93.0.0/16.

Any Plusnet customer assigned an address from this range seems to experience the problem. I suspect Unibet are incorrectly identifying visitors' origin at the US when they are in fact based in the UK.

What's the best way to get this sorted?

Are there any updates on a fix for this problem? I'm also with Plusnet with an IP in the same range as bob and can't deposit as I'm getting the same error, and I have an active deposit bonus which is useless if I can't deposit.

Thanks for the quick reply Stubbe. I understand it's the weekend and will have to wait for an update, which is no problem.

I've just deposited with my phone which got around the problem, but would still like to be able to deposit with my Plusnet connection.
