MoreTBC
You broke the T&Cs that you agreed to when you signed up. They are well within their rights to do what they did. You have not lost any money.GG Have you read my blog HERE... It's long isn't it :)
Livertool
The story doesn´t really tell what you did wrong but i guess something. At least you got your deposit back so you really didn´t lose anything????
BonusPater
When you use multiple accounts from the same device and IP, take a bonus on them all and have a very similar betting pattern across the accounts, your winnings will be confiscated, as per the terms and conditions you've accepted. If you don't want your winnings confiscated, don't abuse the bonus offers :) I think you should be happy that you get your deposit back :)
UnibetScammedMe
if that was the case I assure you I would be more than happy to get my deposit back. But its not, hence why I am fighting this. Like I said, they arent providing any proof when I have asked multiple times. Shady Shasy website but I guess IBAS will decide that.

BonusPater
We're not going to send you complete logs and/or details of accounts that you - according to your post here, as well as the review - have nothing to do with. When you complain to the authorities, we'll cooperate with them and document our findings :)
polarbear
an account might be fully verified without verifiying the ip adress , only based on the documents . but when you start play and the patern is the same , the ip is the same , the device is the same you are in the T&C agreement . BonusPater
We never confirmed that you were "fully verified". The email you quote "I am pleased to confirm that your ID and proof of address have now been accepted." There is no such thing as "fully verified", if you mean like a permanent account state. If you move, we might need a new proof of address, if you deposit with a new payment method, we might need proof of ownership of this, if your ID expires, we might need a new one. You account can never be verified to an extent that'll mean you never have to send in another document. Verification is also completely irrelevant in this case. Just because you send in a picture of an ID and PA, it doesn't mean that you can violate all of our terms and conditions....
UnibetScammedMe
That is my point entirely. You are not 100% sure you cant possibly be. Device IDs can be changed/masked, IP address' cant be changed/masked. It takes 3 seconds to google this. Why would I not do this to my device if I knew this to avoid breaching terms? If this happens, or you are cheating yourself, there is no court will give you right. So dont fight until you die :)

UnibetScammedMe
if you read, there is no mention of IP address... just device.... so your point doesn't make much sense but thanks for taking the time to reply...

UnibetScammedMe
I dont think you are understanding my point... UNIBET have not stated that there was an IP address link... I am well aware their terms state this, but UNIBET themselves are not saying I have used the same IP address on multiple accounts. They are stating device ID link only. Is that clear enough for you? Would you like me to explain it further?
BonusPater
In this case it doesn't really make a difference if it's only the device ID or IP address, or both. We generally don't give a lot of details to the account holder(s) in these cases. As you've said yourself; you've got nothing to do with any other accounts, and we obviously can't give you details about accounts you know nothing of. There is also an IP link, but that is not so important in this case, as the other evidence is more than sufficient.
Livertool
Ok, my mistake :(I really have not clue about the case, just commenting at general level. But i have read many cases that this is happened to other people too, in many sites, who has been using computer at school or library or friends house. So clearly you have done something that violates unibet rules. If not, congrats for winning the case and remember to ask for compensation too :)
FreedoM
@UnibetScammedMeSo you try to scam unibet and when it doesn't work u play the victim, will be awesome if in the future people that multi account and do this stuff will go to prison for like 1-3 years! Oh wow, you posted on other sites trying to denigrate the company's image, you should be sued for that. Bring down the hammer of justice unibet :popeye:
UnibetScammedMe
Like i have said before, if i was trying to scam unibet and failed but was getting my £30 back I would walk away pretty happy with myself, as would anyone. Uneducated keyboard gangster, your input has been great. Thanks.
FreedoM
@UnibetScammedMe The fairest thing will be you don't get to walk away with that £30 after trying to scam a company, you should get punished for being a criminal, but lucky you people are just soft in this day and age and don't fight back like they supposed to, so have a nice day mister gangsta. VikingsAF
@UnibetScammedMe1.the device ID is the same which violates the terms. Whether you know modifying the ID or not, it didn't happen and that's the proof. It's the same like "my fingerprints are on the murder weapon, but I'd know how to clean it, so I didn't do it" 2.since you reported the situation to authorities which you think will help you. Why do you put effort in discussing this here? If it is to help others, then it should be better to come here and tell it when you got hard proof of scam (as in, when the authorities have decided in your right) That aside. I don't know the further facts, and leave that part to unibet itself, but if there is one thing I can say, then it is that unibet is one of the best online gambling providers there is. Fast support, fast withdrawals and amazing promos (which you seem to know about since you're abusing them.) I see now that the circumstances of ones birth are irrelevant... It is what you do with the gift of life that determines who you are.

UnibetScammedMe
If one more person learns about UNIBETs abuse of power and their scammy ways then my post here has served its purpose. The BBC are also interested in my story which is great news. For a multimillions pound online betting website to do this and think they'll get away with it is beyond me. the waiting game begins I guess.
