Avatar change issue

Hi, I’m trying to change my avatar to the recently won shark avatar. Trying to keep the name for further community poker events. 
 

I create a different username and avatar and then change it back to the one you see below. It shows the new avatar even when I register to the tournament. But as soon as the tournament starts it shows me the old one (3rd picture)  When logging off and on again it’s reset to the old avatar. Been trying to change it a couple of times already, so success however. BTS has been done. Can you please check and advise
