#UnibetLife – Stubbe

Back in the day we had a blog series called The Locker Room, which was our way of giving a glimpse into the world at Unibet and the life as an employee combined with some Q&A. It’s been a few years since the last of these blog posts, but I always liked the concept and thought I’d share my own story. As it’s a different concept – I’ll be interviewing myself – I’ll call this one #UnibetLife. It’ll be more personal, but focused around the Unibet aspect, of course – this first blog post will be

Had a great experience at the Unibet Open thanks to the community!

The below blog post was written by Remco aka Remk_95. Who am I? I am a 21 years old guy and I am still studying. I play poker for almost a year now and I mainly play the satellites for the Unibet Opens and UK Tour.  I started with some sports (mainly soccer) betting on Unibet, but that was just for a few euros a week. Almost a year ago I decided I wanted to try all the things at Unibet, so I tried the Casino, played some Bingo and finally also got to the poker section of the site. When I got to

2016 Year In Review & Yearly Awards

2016 was the year the community was born, and what a year it has been. The first members joined in May, but let's start at the very beginning, before the community was even live. It all began in May 2014, when I had an interview with my new manager. I had just become part of the Customer Experience team in London, and he presented all of the teams ongoing and future projects. One of the projects was to launch an ideation platform similar to http://mystarbucksidea.force.com/. I thought this was

Unibet Idea Exchange and Bug Reporting

As announced yesterday, I pushed an update with quite a lot of changes. In case you haven't read the post, here's the list: The change I've been looking forward to the most is the launch of the idea exchange and bug reporting section, and I've just made the section public! :)   The setup is pretty similar to the one you know from the forum boards and this blog, but there're a few differences. The main difference is the status functionality, which will allow you to easily follow the progress. W

The Locker Room - Responsible Gaming

'The Locker Room' is an article series which will give you a behind the scenes look into who we are and how we're working at Unibet. The iGaming business is often portrayed as the bad guy trying hard to nick every last penny from their customers. In Unibet's case, this portrayal couldn't be further off the mark; responsible gaming (RG) is a key component of the company's culture, and we've got a dedicated team focusing solely on providing a safe, secure and supportive environment.  We're consid

Czech Republic’s Martin Soukup brought home the first ever Unibet Open victory to his country after defeating a field of 292, capturing the first-place prize of €65,000.
